Thane: The District Court here in Maharashtra has released a 30-year-old woman, a resident of Bhiwandi, trade and encouraged women into sufficient prostitution accusations.
Special Judges (Children’s Protection of Sexual Actes) and additional sessions Judge Kavita Shirbhate said in the order that prosecution had “very failed” to prove all charges against the woman, who came from West Bengal.
The copy of the order passed on August 13 was made available on Saturday.
Special Public Prosecutor Sanjay more told the court that the police had registered fir against women under various parts of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) and Traffic Acts Not Inoto (Prevention) in July 2014 with complaints that he was a young woman and young girls from West Bengal and encourage them into meat trade in Bhiwandi in the Thane District.
“If the proof of witnesses prosecution is considered, the witnesses have stated that the defendant has now suppressed the victim for prostitution and taking money.
However, the prosecution has not examined the two victims ‘girls to strengthen the witness proof.
Therefore, I argue that the witness’ evidence does not help To prove materials part 3, 4, and 6 from the ACT ribbon, “said the judge.
“The prosecution also failed to prove that the defendant had conspired with the use of small victims’ girls as a prostitute by making sexual abuse and force victims for unknown sexual relations with unknown customers.
I argued that prosecution had failed to prove the cost of increasing the defendant without doubt That makes sense, “said the command.
