Thane: Doubting wife’s character, Man killed him in Ambernath

Kalyan: Police Unit Ulhasnagar Thane arrested a man for killing his wife by strangling and then burning his face.
The incident occurred in the Gaikwad Pap area in Ambernath (East).
The defendant who was arrested was identified as Suraj Kharat.
The police said the defendant was not happy with his wife for having extra marriage affairs.
The incident was revealed on August 22, when the victim’s homeowner told the local Shivaji police from the stench of the house.
After finding a decomposed body, the police did Post Mortem who revealed that he was killed.
Mahesh Tarde, Supervisor of the Senior Police Unit Ulhasnagar said, “During the investigation, we learned that Kajal had recently married Suraj who was lost after the incident, before being arrested.” Furthermore, Tarde said, “The arrest accusations have claimed to commit a crime because he has doubts about his wife’s character for having an affair with many people.”
