Thane: an old woman and her son, who lives in a luxury housing complex in the Pokhran Thane area, has been ordered for allegedly attacking their neighbors because they objected to renovations in their flat in the afternoon, the police informed on Sunday.
This incident has become common in some housing communities lately, because residents work from home and are disturbed by civil work and construction in the environment.
The office carrier from some people said they had handled complaints like that too late.
In this case, last week, the complainant had approached its neighbors upstairs in the courtyard building, objected to the renovation work carried out in the afternoon.
“The community has a policy not to let renovation work from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm post.
However, some work is being carried out during the forbidden hours,” said a police officer.
The argument happened.
“The verbal spat turned ugly when the old woman, her son and a relative to aggressive with me, also attacked me in the elevator when I tried to approach public management,” the victim said in his complaint registered at the Chitsar Man police in.
The woman suffered minor injuries where she was treated at CSM Hospital, Kalwa.
He then approached the police and registered a complaint.
The police said they were investigating this case.
