Thane: FIR against 5 developers for RS 9 crore cheating partners

Ulhasnagar: Economic Violations of Wing (EOW) Police Thane registered firs against five people from developing companies for allegedly cheating their partners from Rs 8.79 Crore here.
The defendant, who is a partner of the same family, by taking investment from the victim’s family, offered them partnerships in several projects but then began to avoid giving them the right return of profit.
Sumber said Soni’s family accused of running Balaji developers, involved in construction.
An EOW official said Rinu Jeshwani who complained, along with his wife and brother, Navin, was involved in several projects with Sonis.
According to the complainant of Rinku, initially the son of Soni gave the right part in profit but they then began to cheat them by selling property at a higher price but showed less prices to avoid paying taxes and avoiding sharing profits with Jeshwanis.
