Thane: Former Power Aid Under Gangster Fugitive Dawood Ibrahim was arrested by anti-extortion cells.
The defendant, Sayeed Abbas Tublani, changed his name to Jasim Redhal Tubenan and lived in the Daighar Daighar In Thane area in Daighar in Thane.

The police said that based on tip-off, they continued to oversee his movements for several days, and he was arrested in the Thakur on the Daighar area on Tuesday.
