Thane: A 35-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly synonymizing and beating his small employees in Thane Maharashtra Regency, police said on Friday.
The police on Thursday arrested the defendant, who had a meat shop, in the Ambernath city of the district, an official said.
The incident occurred on night intervention 13 and November 14, when the defendant was suspected sexually attacked minor and had unnatural sex with him.
The boy worked at the store and lived there, said the official.
The next day, the boy told the incident to his mother, who asked the defendant.
Angered with this, the defendant pushed the boy to the wall, hurt the last face, he said.
A customer helped the cottage boy complaint, after a case listed at the Shivaji Nagar police below 377 and 326 of the IPC and the relevant provisions of the protection of children of sexual violations (Pocso), the official added.
