THANE: The Vartak Nagar police detained a guy on the alleged charges of attempt to murder his neighbor on a little reason.
The accused, Raghu, Raghuvir Vikramsingh Chawda (27), was detained along with a offence under Section 307 and 506(2) of this IPC was registered against him.
The authorities stated that it had been on Monday as soon as the sufferer, Naresh Panchal, 27, a pizza delivery boy had gone into the public bathroom, the accused broke open the bathroom door and warned him of enjoying tunes loudly on his own player.
In addition, he assaulted the victim with a iron pole on his mind and hurt him, the authorities said.
After the victim ran to his life that the accused chased him and caught him around the rickshaw rack and hit him on his mind with the iron pole and hurt him seriously, the authorities said.
The victim suffered severe brain injuries because of this attack and recovering from the hospital.
