Kalyan: Deputy Commissioner of the City of Ramdas Kokare from Kalyan-Domporal Municipal Corporation (KDMC), which is known for the strict implementation of the rules of plastic ban, on Monday enforced a fine of RS 5,000 in fellow deputy commissioners to use plastic in a blood donation camp organized by the security department Civic’s body.
