Thane: Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) will drive Covid-19 vaccination across 62 centers in the city on Monday.
Both the covaxin and covishield vaccine doses will be available for beneficiaries over 18 years.
The centers will operate between 10am and 4pm.
While only three centers are marked for booking online slots, the rest will be open to walk-in vaccination, TMC information.
All centers will provide preferences to different city residents, pregnant women and nursing mothers, Civic’s body said.
Covaxin Covaxin will be given to three centers of inoculation.
All centers will have the first dose and both vaccines.
It can be noted that booking online slots is not needed in these centers to get Jab.
Those who have taken their first dose on vaccines on July 25 are now eligible for their second dose.
Covishield 59 The remaining center in the city will manage Covishield on Monday for those over 18 years old.
Those who have taken their first dose until May 30 are now eligible for their second jab.
Special walk-in sessions have been held at TMC Post Covid Center 1 and TMC Kausa HC (ATC) 1 center for students who will fly abroad for higher studies and people traveling for professional reasons.
The TMC Parking Center will manage the first dose and both covishield vaccines only for women over the age of 18 from 10am to 4pm, while TMC Thane City police will manage the first and second doses for all over the age of 18.
Meanwhile, Thane City reported 36 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday, said a citizenship official.
