Bhiwandi: A 42-year-old man on Tuesday was arrested for allegedly raping a 11-year-old girl and attacked her mother with Lathi when she questioned the defendant about the incident.
The police said the minors played near his home on Monday night when the defendant, who was their neighbor, forcibly took him to his house and raped him.
He then attacked the girl and threatened to kill him if he told the police.
