Thane: A man accused of looting trucks at the Knife-Point in the Thane District arrested by the Unit I team from Crime Branch who had to chase him at a considerable distance, an official said on Sunday.
Shahbaz Sayyed (31) and the other four have looted goods by Rs 22,900 from a truck leading from Dhule to Vashi at Mumbra bypass on Saturday, and the patrol team sees them and chases when they run away after the incident, he said.
“The team managed to peel Sayyed, while the other escape.
He has tried to kill, robbery, attack, kidnap his name,” he said.
