Thane: Man Electrocuted in Power Loom Factory

Growing: A 36-year-old man died because he intentionally when he accidentally touched the iron grill which was exposed to the current at the power of the power weaving equipment in the area of Thane Maharashtra, the police said on Thursday.
The incident occurred on Wednesday night when the man climbed the stairs to connect the electric wire jerked at the factory in the Khoni Kotapraja Bhiwandi area, an official said at the Nizampura police station.
When climbing the stairs, he accidentally touched the current iron grille and got an electric shock.
Some other people were present at the place then found him not moving and rushed to the nearest hospital where the doctor said he was taken dead, the official said.
The police have registered cases of unintentional death, he added.
