Thane: a man from Diva in the Thane Maharashtra District has been ordered to be reported for marrying a 24-year-old woman for the third time, without revealing her two marriages before.
The police quoted complaints by the victim that the defendant married him on September 12, 2021, at Avadhoot Hall, East Diva from Thane, and knew each other because they worked together in a company in Andheri for two years from 2019-2021.
They married before his relatives.
After the two began to live together, he used to get a call from ‘family members’ but he used to hang them, and he did not allow him to receive a call or talk to one of his relatives too.
Therefore, the victim told his suspicious behavior in his close relatives.
Meanwhile, the victim sent a photo of his marriage to his brother, and with his surprise, he told him that he was married.
The victim dug deeper and found that not once, but he married twice before him and he used to beat his first wife and drive him away.
He married another woman named Sunita Sharma, and they had two children from Wedlock.
Therefore, his second wife came to their house and the Defendant’s husband was damaged.
The defendant had hidden two previous marriages and married for the third time deceiving the victim, the complaint stated.
The case has been registered with the Mumbra police under Section 420 (cheating) and part 495 (remarried for a lifetime of a husband or wife with a briding of a former marriage from the person with the next marriage contracted).
