Thane: For the past 48 hours, Thane City has received heavy rain and therefore, most of the lakes in the city have begun to overflow.
The famous Thane Masunda Lake, also known as Talao Pali, too overflowed, led to the accumulation of garbage on the edge of the lake.
Scrapping garbage and vegetables are seen floating under the newly built glass path.
Because the water that overflows, the fish inside the lake is also thrown on the roadside, and the vendor looks rushed to collect it.

Glass lanes starts from Mahatma Gandhi Park and ends at the Jambli Naka market.
Meanwhile, remembering heavy rains, the city commissioner Vipin Sharma examined sanitation and water storage and directed the concern authority to take hard action against the company throwing garbage on the road.
He also directs all agents to remain vigilant and well equipped.
