Thane: a group of Govindas secretly managed to form a five-level pyramid and destroyed Handi’s forehead in the Vartak Nagar area, within Tuesday.
Young Wings Maharashtra Navnirman Sena has shared videos on social media where it shows around 30 young party activists who gather at a slightly crossing after midnight and quickly form a pyramid and destroy Handi.
Sandeep Pachange, the President of the Party of Youth Wing, confirmed that they celebrated the festival in Wee time even though the clamps were included by administration.
“Why are there restrictions on the celebration of Handi’s forehead for ordinary people when political parties have taken a big support demonstration or gradual protest? Why is there such differential treatment,” he replied.
Meanwhile, Thane police who had removed the stage set by the party in the Core City area continued to guard in the venue to prevent any future groups and celebrate the festival.
