Mumbai: The Prison Authority Thane opposed to take a former Specialist Pradeep Sharma meeting in Thane Jail encouraged him to withdraw his request in the Special Nia Court who was looking for a transfer from Taloja Jail.
“If they don’t want us, we don’t want to go there,” said his lawyer Harshad Ponda.
Sharma was a person who was accused of being a Cop Sachin who was dismissed in gelatin planting in Scorpio near the Industrialist Bungalow Mukesh Ambani, Antilia and the next murder of vehicle owners, Mansukh Hiran.
Sharma (59) has transferred a request earlier this month, citing security issues.

Opposing the request, among various reasons prosecution also expressed concern that food can be poisoned.
“Food cannot be checked at any time.
He is a high-risk prisoner,” said prosecution.
Also claim that the disease quoted is general disease and special food can also be available in prison.

Ponda, in his response, said, “They want to treat Sharma like an animal.” He added that from the start, Nia had acted in a naughty way.
The court will hear the request next week.
The Special Nia Court on Friday also rejected the request by suing, looking for a default bail on the grounds that the Chargesheet was delayed.
The court also rejected the guarantee request made by the police who were dismissed by Sunil Mane.
Nia opposed their two requests.
