Thane: Anti-Man Human Trafficking (AHTC) from Thane police on Monday damaged the prostitution racket and arrested two pimps, told the official.
They also saved five girls who were allegedly pushed into meat trade by them.
According to Inspector Ashok Kadlag in AHTC, they were told of this prostitution racket operated by a woman and its aide and active on social media targeting customers from Thane after police put a trap.
“The gang is used to run the prostitution racket with the guard of banden that provides female escort to customers for other parties.
They are used to publish their businesses and meet their candidates in various locations including cafes, restaurants, among others, we send customers.

Two pimps were arrested after they were arrested with red hands received money to give women to bait customers.
The girls, all aged between 20 and 22 were rescued while a case was being registered with pimps at the Kapurbawdi police station, told Kadlag.
Further investigation in this case will be carried out after speaking to women to find out whether many girls are also encouraged in trade by the defendant, police said.
