Thane: Maharashtra Navnirman Maharashtra (MNS) Raj Thackeray (MNS) on Tuesday gathered outside the Gujarat-based company office for allegedly searching for non marathi recruited through advertisements.
The leader of the city of MNS Ravindra is more along with party workers visiting the office located in the wagle estate to question the motives.
After reaching, the MNS leader is looking for an explanation why the company only looks for non-marathi recruitment for work.
However, the company told the party that advertisements were issued by the main office and they did not realize it.
Talking to TOI online, Ravindra said more, “The advertisement appeared somewhere and mentioned that they would recruit non-Marathi people.
Some people came to my office and showed me that advertising and soon we rushed to the company office.” More added that when they reached, the police were there.
“As soon as we reached, the officials there began to apologize said they did not know and claimed that they had 80 percent of Marathi employees.
They also said that now, whatever recruitment will happen, it will be a marathi person.” Meanwhile, in a letter to Ravindra, the company said “The main office is located in Baroda in Gujarat and an advertisement is given to recruitment by Gujarat HR, which states that non-Marathi people will be given preferences.
However, we do not know about it.
“The MNS Ravindra leader shows more guarantee letters given by the company’s regional office.

The MNS leader states that they will present a bouquet of them when they fulfill the promise of hiring Marathi people.
Officials from the company said that they did not tend to hurt anyone’s feelings and they did not believe in discrimination.
