Thane: Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) on Monday informed that 53 people were tested positive in the city.
Vartak Nagar reported 13 cases followed by 11 in Naupada-Kopri, nine in Majiwada-Manada, eight in Diva, four in Local-Savarkar, respectively in Uthalsar-Kalwa, and one in Mumbra.
There are no new cases found in Wagale Ward.
In the Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) area, 102 people were positively tested.
During the day, 92 people were sent home, while three people surrendered to the virus.
At present, 876 patients take care.
Among new cases, Kalyan (east) saw eight cases, Kalyan (West) 30 cases, Dombivli (East) 37 cases, and Dombivli (West) reported 22 cases.
Manda-Titwala reported two cases, the Mohan region reported three cases.
