THANE: Among those 2 watchmen accused of murdering a childhood from a house complex that they were used on May 29 was detained, Mira Bhayander Vasai Virar authorities said on Friday.
In the wee hours of the day, Abhisekh Mansingh, also a resident of a dwelling complex in Mira Road, had an altercation with watchmen Subhash Pandey and Amit Tiwari, either of whom fled after stabbing him to death, as an official said.
While Pandey had been held a while after the episode, Tiwari had been absconding and has been eventually nabbed with the support of specialized surveillance in Juhu place in Mumbai on Thursdayhe explained.
“Tiwari was detained in an attempt to murder in Juhu at 2005 and has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
After serving his sentence, then he combined and ended up killing a resident.
He’s the main accused of the offense,” the officer added.
