Kalyan: A 42-year-old private sacred teacher was arrested on Thursday on charges of sexual abuse of small children in Kalyan.
The defendant, Fakruddin Talvala, was arrested after an 8-year-old student told his parents about harassment, in turn, registered complaints with the local Bazarpeth police station.
The accusation ran the lecture center from his house along with his wife.
The police said Talvala’s wife visited her in-laws when she had sexually harassed girls.
The incident was revealed when the girl began to avoid her classes who made her mother suspicious.
When he urged his daughter, the girl told her about her trials.
The police said they were now probing if the defendant committed a violation similar to another girl.
