Kalyan: A senior citizen died of clashes with his neighbors on the distribution of water in their building in Bhiwandi.
The woman was injured when she tried to save her daughter, which was attacked by neighbors with bats.
He was taken to the hospital where he died when treated.
The deceased, has been identified as Makina Ansari (65).
Police Nizampura on Thursday ordered Jiyaul Ansari’s accusations, his wife nusrat and brother-in-law, Raunak Ansari, 30 and relative prophets Ansari under different IPC sections.
Two of the defendants, Jiyaul and the Prophet had been arrested.
