Thane: The 16-year-old class X students from a school in the Estate Gagas Thane allegedly stabbed to death by classmates, also 16, in a small fight that turned violent on Monday.
The defendant and his three friends with him during the battle had been detained.
Two of the three are students of class XI and one in class VIII.
The police examined the police crime site said the school was located in the slums of wagle estate and defendants and the deceased to know each other well.
“The allegations suspected that he had been slapped in the head on Sunday by the victim or his friend, who was a complainant in this case.
He hasn’t seen the face of the person who has hit him,” Datta Dhole, Senior Inspector of the Wagle Estate Police Office, told TII.

The defendant and his friends escaped from the place and the complainant began to shout for help.
Immediately, someone told the police and they rushed to the place and did Panchnama.
The police immediately formed a team and based on the description, initially detained three teenagers and then the fourth.
Dhole said, “It is still unclear how the boy bought a knife, but was suspected that he had planned the murder in advance.
The further probe is taking place in this case and the body has been sent for autopsy.”
