Thane: Residents hurried to work for a moment to glance at the flower bouquet with the ‘Saheb’ legend sticking out from the open hole on the path, here on Tuesday.
Many people are confused clicking on their cellular phones that are potentially dangerous open gutter lines without mandatory protective cover, to warn pedestrians that are easily fooled, highlighted with a peaceful ‘gandhi-giri style.
Local activist Dr.
Binu Varghese – who shared pictures and videos from the road – claimed the open hole opposite the house of the Local Legislator of Bharatiya Janata Local Sanjay Kelkar and near the old house of the Ministers of the Awhad National Congress of Housing.
“Even though there are clear dangers, both local authorities and selected leaders from Thane seem to be disturbed.
Anyone who planted a bouquet with a message to Telling Message (‘Saheb’ – sir) has done a quiet service to the public,” Dr.
Vargese showed.
He remembered how, on the path in Bhandup in Mumbai, which side by side, two women had fallen into open sewers where the blanket seemed to be removed by heavy rain and flooding.
(June 10).
Both women managed to climb without injury even when Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar rushed to check the place and ordered Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation to do what was needed that day.
Dr.
Varghese asked elected leaders and citizenship officials to cover all sewers or got holes in the city to prevent accidents similar to the estimated heavy rain for the next few days.
