Thane: a 21-year-old rickshaw driver stabbed to death for a small reason in the coarse area on Thursday night.
As many as eight people have been arrested in this relationship in two cases of the same incident.
The deceased has been identified as Shamel David 21, residents of Sainagar.
The police said that two local groups were identified as Khandu Kambu and Swapnil Waghmare who lived in the area.
On January 5, Waghmare and his friends smoke in front of Khandu Kambun, who questioned them that why they smoked here which resulted in Tiff, said Yogesh Awhad, the inspector of the coarse police station.
Kambu and Waghmare with their friends met to settle the problem with each other but instead the gangs took a fight.
They are armed with sticks, hockey sticks and knives etc.
One of them flashed the knife and stabbed David in the stomach because he fell into a pool of blood.
He rushed to a private hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
The case was registered in both parties while the gang that stabbed David had been ordered under various murder parts, murder attempts, riots etc.
Also, five people have been arrested.
While other gangs owned by David have been ordered in an attempt to murder, riots etc.
and three people have been arrested.
