Thane: The Thane court provides anticipatory guarantee to three accused of abuse cases raised by a woman against ‘her husband’, ‘father-in-law’ and other female family friends.
Interestingly, the complainant after submitting a case of abuse, giving additional statements that he was not married to him, but pretended about it, and the accusation of rape was added.
The previous complainant said that he was ‘married’ accused of January 28.
He alleged that he experienced atrocities to fulfill their demands, where the third defendant, a family friend, used to abuse and threaten it by telephone.
He handed himself that her husband and his mother used to beat him for thin reasons, so he registered a case below Section 498 A, 323, 504 and 506 from the Indian police code at the Shreenagar Police Station.
Advocates Aniket Gawand, appeared for the defendant, delivered that the trio was innocent and involved in this case.
