Thane: Three MSEDCL employees are ordered to keep the power supply cable open on the path

Thane: Police Naupada posted three unknown employees of the state electricity distribution company Maharashtra (MSEDCL) to keep the power supply cable open on the path that resulted in fire where two people suffered burns.
Negligence has occurred in the Khopat area on Monday.
Those who suffered burns have been identified as Jitendra Kumar Prasad (32) and Subhas Kumar Kanojiya (38).
According to the police, after using a small room at Stand Khopat St, Kanojiya, who lives in the Charang area, starts walking on the path along with the Prasad near the Ratna Palace Hotel.
When they move further, the fire starts out of the power line, and then they come into contact with the wire.
Even though they managed to save themselves, they suffered burns injured in their feet.
The police stated that they were hospitalized for immediate care and stabilized condition.
A police officer informed that they had written a letter to the MSEDCL electricity supervisor.
The names of officers and responsible employees will be disclosed after receiving information from the inspectors.
Cases have been listed under 337 and 338 of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) at the Naupada police station against the MSEDCL officers and employees at the Naupada Police Station.
