Thane: Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) on Tuesday took action on unauthorized construction and vehicles parked illegally.
Civic’s body said that the action was taken on illegal construction in the Majiwada-Manpada ward.
The ground floor column plus two floors were destroyed in the village of Balkum.
In Wagbhil, the action was taken on the fifth floor of the plus five-story building.
Similar actions were taken in Koliwada and rudewadavli too.
Apart from that, the action was taken on vehicles parked illegally under the flyover in Majiwada.
Meanwhile, banners and posters on the main road are also removed.
For more than a month, TMC has taken action on illegal construction in the city.
