Thane: Thane Corporation has marked the door immunization drive in the city for the recipient of a sick and ridden a bed including those who cannot travel to the nearest vaccination centers to expand the ambit vaccination for this vulnerable segment, officials said.
Citizenship officials have appealed to residents and relatives of these beneficiaries to register online for slots.
In accordance with the process, the details of the recipient concerned must be fulfilled online together with relevant documents including the approval of the Guardian / relative for vaccination and medical certificates that validate the person with the past six months.
After completion, the administration will schedule a dose once every week for such residents including severe pain, ridden to sleep with a prolonged disease and those who have a compromised immunity, among others from the city and the official who tells.
So far only four patients driven by beds were vaccinated in the city.
“We want to maximize vaccination cover for such residents.
We have appealed to the residents and relatives of these patients who cannot travel to help companies in faster immunization than this vulnerable segment.
A vaccine team, doctor and data entry operators are being formed which will be assigned this task every week, “said Mayor Naresh Mhaske.
