Kalyan: A 35-year-old man from Null Bazar who allegedly stole their valuables from passengers on the outstation train after being friends with them captured by the crime branch of the Kalyan police unit train.
Last Friday, the defendant, Munnawar Khan, allegedly fled with a passenger bag with valuables worth Rs 2 Lakh.
The police said he had cheated many people before.
