THANE: The Thane crime division has arrested three men in relationship for nine instances of string snatchings as well motorcycle theft cases and jointly recovered land worth Rs 7 lakh from these.
The authorities said those detained are recognized as Khalid Muzammil Ali aka Neigro (23), Arshad Abdul Razzak Shaikh, (20) and also Rizwan Shaikh aka Pachas (20), said a police officer.
The accused could team-up in riding and pairs high speeding motorbikes would search for a girl walking on a deserted street in especially secluded areas of town.

The authorities said they are exploring their function in crime.
The officer added that nine instances were resolved where four would be series snatchings and five will be of bicycle theft enrolled in various authorities viz- Kopri, Kapurbawdi, Kalwa, Sri Nagar, Mumbra, Manpada and Kalwa police channel.
