Thane: The Thane Session Court on Wednesday triggered a guarantee to the developer of Sanjay Punmiya and her aide Sunil Jain, who jointly accused the case of extortion against IPS officers Param Singh and others filed complaints by Sharad Agarwal.
Jain’s advisor, Shailesh Sadebar, said that Judge Session Rajesh Kakani gave a guarantee to the duo.
Fir was registered against Singh and the others on July 23 at the Kopri Police Station.
Last week, this case was transferred to Cid State.
