Thane: Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) will drive Covid-19 vaccination across 53 centers in the city on Monday.
Covaxin and covishield vaccines will be available for beneficiaries over 18 years.
All centers will operate between 10am and 4pm.
Drive Vaccination at TMC Drive-In, TMC Thane Glocal Hub 1 and TMC Thane Global Hub 2 will be done through booking slots online, TMC information.
All centers will provide preferences to different city residents, pregnant women and nursing mothers, Civic’s body said.
CovaxinCovaxin will be given to six centers of inoculation.
All centers will only manage the second dose of vaccines.
It can be noted that booking online slots is not needed in these centers to get Jab.
Those who have taken their first dose of vaccines on August 6 are now eligible for their second dose.
The remaining 50 covishield centers in the city will manage covishield on Monday for those over 18 years old.
Those who have taken their first dose until June 11 are now eligible for their second jab.
Special walk-in sessions have been held on Mondays for school staff and colleges, health care workers and frontline at TMC CSH Stadium and TMC Kausa until 4pm.
Meanwhile, 63 new Covid-19 cases were recorded on Sunday, a citizenship official said.
