Ranchi: As many as 1,24,502 disputes, including 22,652 cases delayed and 1,01,850 pre-litigation cases, resolved at National Lok were (NLA) held throughout the state on Saturday.
The number of Crore RS 115 was completed in the exercise.
NLA is held in the direction of the National Law Service Authority every three months in the state.
The source said seven benches were formed in the Jharkhand High Court for the exercise waste 160 cases.
A total of 12,000 cases involving the number of RS 33.18 Crore were disposed of in NLA held by the District Law Service Authority (DLSA) Ranchi.
Among them 5,000 cases were waiting in different courts and 7,000 at the pre-litigation stage.
This case is largely related to criminal cases, traffic, excise, forests, weight, and steps, trains and defaults or banking claims.
Judicial Ranchi’s Commissioner, Arun Kumar Rai, who inaugurated the incident before another judge of the Ranchi court, said that the delayed case burden of the court has increased during the pandemic and they must decrease.
He said that NLA helped save time and money the nobles.
Additional justice commissioner S K Sashi said the delayed case had increased by 16,000 during a pandemic and they could be reduced through Lok.
Rashikesh Kumar’s family judge said the cooperation bar and bench needed for the disposal of the case.
Secretary of DLSA Kamla Kumari said 52 benches was formed at the Ranchi Court to handle the cases.
