Mumbai: A boy who was arrested for misusing a five-year-old girl in the city of Boisar from Palghar Maharashtra district on Monday.
The 11-year-old boy was produced in court on Tuesday and sent to the house of making children in Bhiwani.
The girl’s medical examination revealed sexual harassment.
Police Station Boisman Inspector Suresh Kadam said the sexual attack was revealed when the child complained of pain in the stomach and was taken to the hospital.
The doctor told parents about children who were sexually harassed.
They were told to report this problem to the police.
The victim then named the 11-year-old boy, a 7th grade student, and said that he had lured him to a remote place on Monday and abused him sexually.
The police said that on the question, the boy recognized the crime.
He has been ordered under the IPC part 376 for rape and part of children’s protection of sexual violations (Pocso).
