Ludhiana: Three days after the police have ordered three men to rape a woman aged 18 years after intoxicating in a village in the district, the victim died at the hospital on Wednesday night.

The woman’s mother, a worker, said in her police complaint, “On October 17, around 16:30, my daughter and I went to the field of collecting a green fodder for livestock.

When I returned, I found my daughter lying unconscious in the field.
“He called her husband and they took her to the government hospital.
The woman then referred to Ludhiana’s civil hospital.
“On getting back awareness, my daughter told us that when she was alone in the fields, three men came there.
One of them caught her arm and the others forcibly made her drink liquor.
When they gangrapation, she loses consciousness,” he said .
“Two of the defendants were brothers and one of them were around 16 years old.
Two of the defendants were arrested.
A manhunt was launched to arrest the third,” said a police officer.
