A senior professor of the Institute said a full-time director was important to run the hospital effectively and smoothly.
“This is not a small district hospital.
We manage thousands of patients every day in addition to teaching medical students.
One must take care of every aspect of the Institute every day and immediately delete the file and make a decision like buying any material,” he added.
After the expiration of the term of office of the director of Gitanjali Batmanabane in December last year, the center entrusted the additional allegations of Director to Mukesh Tripathi, Director of AIIMS Mangalagiri.
