Gandhinagar: The minister of house Union Amit Shah said on Monday said the narcotics effect on young people, security and economics coupled with the danger of “Narco-Terrorism” is the cause of concern for India even when he insists that forensic knowledge will play a vital role in dealing with these challenges , Shah inaugurated the Center for excellence for Narcotics Narcotics and Psychotropic Narcotics Research and Analysis at the National Forensic Science University (NFSU) here.
Speaking on that occasion, Shah expressed confidence that the new facility, which he said was one of the best in the world, would help the country handle the challenges of the 21st century.
“The adverse effects of narcotics in our youth, society, our security and economics are concern for all countries,” Shah said, adding several steps to have been taken for the past two years to stop the landing of narcotics on Indian land or let them pass through the country.
“India faces another danger in the form of narco-terror.
The money obtained through this is used in terrorism, and this also needs to be stopped.
Our future generation is destroyed,” he said.
Gandhinagar MP said this country has made several changes in the system to handle narcotics, directly from coordination, hierarchy and law, and more changes in off.
“I am pleased to say that the last half has become a golden time for India in terms of narcotics foreclosure.
But as long as they are not scientifically analyzed and stop using different strategies, such physical campaigns do not give us success,” he said.
Shah said forensic science played an important role in rearranging the country’s criminal justice system in accordance with the challenges of the 21st century.
“We must take the challenge and succeed in building our place in the world.
For this, we must reset our criminal justice system.
And I believe forensic knowledge is an important part of this,” he said.
“The field of forensic science leaves the scope for casual approach or laziness if we have to meet or even stay two steps in front of the challenge faced by our country 130 crore populations where people take part in various religions, talk to various languages and cultures.
What are the challenging border security (The reading situation) is not like other countries and the face of crime that changes because of neighboring countries (SIC), “Shah added.
The next Minister of Said said the University of Forensic Science could serve the country in a great way to achieve this goal with a faster speed.
“We must create an environment to minimize crime.
FSL plays a big role in modernizing the police and making scientific investigations, and making criminals be punished based on the same scientific evidence,” Shah said.
He said time using the “third title” (torture) of the suspect was lost.
“Even the most difficult people can be violated and taken to books based on scientific evidence if the FSL works well,” he said.
Shah said NFsu, previously called the University of Gujarat Forensic Sciences, will soon become the world’s best university of its kind and attract students from all over the world.
He said seven countries had expressed their interest in establishing universities under this university.
He said at least one van forensic science must be placed in every country district as an extension of the Forensic Science Laboratory.
However, to achieve this goal, trained labor is needed which can only be possible when NFSU opened universities in each country and created experts in various fields, added Shah.
The university, he said, will benefit from new education policies that put focus on triggering education in various subjects such as forensic science.
According to Shah, the defense and ballistic research center arranged at the university is unique in Asia.
“I can see India to become independent in these two fields.
To make them superior in the world, we don’t need anyone else.
We will be independent in both these fields,” he added.
Shah said the Indian war against cyber crime was very important because it was an emerging economy.
“To ensure every aspect of Indian safety, Cybersecurity is very important.
Also, for the economy to develop and grow well, and if the 5 trillion dollar Narendra economy will be realized, the cybersecurity must play a vital role,” he added.
