Ahmedabad: The Gujarat University police registered a complaint of a criminal violation of trust and cheating on Saturday, submitted by Jindal Wildlife Limited, Ambawadi, against one of his employees.
The complainers alleged that around January 2020 and June 8, 2021, one hardik pandya who worked as a senior executive in the company’s credit control department, had embezzled Rs 15.36 lakh from company money.
According to complaints submitted by Bhavik Modi, 28, Jindal wildlife law officer, Pandya is responsible for recovering contributions and waiting for payment on behalf of the company.
Pandya, a resident of Ghatlodia, allegedly harassed his position and was released with the company’s money he collected from the dealer but did not deposit in a company account.
The complainant stated that the pandya did not report to the superior annealed Sharma detail collection, and when Sharma pressed, pandya stopped coming to the company.
Sharma then contacted another company and found Pandya for depositing Rs 9.92 lakh collected from various companies in his personal account.
Also, in other cases the company in Rotanpole has paid Rs 5.44 lakh in various installments and pandyas, instead of depositing this number to company account, has deposited the same in his personal account.
Thus, according to complaints, he has deceived the total RS 15.36 lakh.
Police Gu has registered a complaint against the pandya under the IPC part 408 (criminal violation of trust by officers or servants).
