Rajkot: A branch manager of the Surendranagar company Angadiya was booked on Saturday because of stealing more than Rs 6.7 lakh company.
Kanu Patel, the owner of the company Angadiya, told the police that manager Maldevinh Jadeja went from Surendranagar on October 25 along with cash towards Rajkot.
But Jadia did not report in Rajkot and could not be traced.
Patel, on Saturday approached the Surendranagar police and filed a complaint of theft.
The police said that Jadeja was asked to deposit money with the company’s main office before Diwali to complete the account.
