Kolkata: India Great Kapil Dev on Friday welcomes Ms Dhoni’s appointment as a national team mentor for the T20 World Cup, saying it looks like a special case because she has returned to settings just one year after retiring.
Speaking at an event here, Kapil said there must be a gap at least three to four years for a retired Cricketer to return to national settings.
