Advocate Ritwik Dutta, which appears for NGOs said that NGT has said that cleaning is needed from competent authority for tree logging and in this case there is no permit.

On September 7, the upper court has refused to entertain pills submitted by NGOs who challenge forest and wildlife permits given to Ganeshpur-Dehradun Road (NH-72A), which is part of Delhi-Dehradun Expressway and asks the applicant to first move the green court National with complaints.
