New Delhi: The average daily vaccination against Covid-19 increased to 40.3 doses of lakh in June, driven by a leap because the center took over the procurement and supply of 75% of JABS produced domestically since June 21.

Among people aged 18-44 years, almost 15% have received at least the first dose.
Daman & Diu has achieved the maximum coverage so far with 73% of the population in this age band accepts at least the first dose.
In addition, Sikkim, Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Goa, Himachal, Arunachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Lakshdweep, Mizoram and Tripura also have more than 30% coverage with the first dose in this category.
