New Delhi: Amid concerns over the possibility of a surge in the Covid-19 case in a country supported by the Omicron new variant, the Ayush Ministry has come out with a comprehensive document that submits suggestions for prevention of Covid-19, caring for disease and to deal with the post stage -Covid.
“Covid-19 is a developing disease, characterized by the development of symptoms of primary disease symptoms known as post-covid syndrome and length of Covid-19.

Recommendations include advice on diet, mental health, and physical health.
This recommendation has been formulated in emphasizing the need for a healthy lifestyle with Ayush prevention steps and treatment with respect to Covid-19 and Long Covid-19, the official said.
General prevention steps and methods for promoting systemic immunity, ways to promote local mucosal immunity along with other prevention courses such as fumigation (Dhupana) have been recommended by the Ministry.
Recommendations related to mental health and steps to increase mental strength (Satvabala) are also part of documents that are not in previous guidelines or advisors issued by the Ayush Ministry.
