Ludhiana: Business Association in Ludhiana on Tuesday opposed the government’s decision to enable the recovery of truck unions.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, president of the industrial and commercial undertakings room (CICU), described the step as a “big setback for business in the state”.
“All Cicu members condemned this order strongly because of anti-industry.
The government, to calm the transport, has passed this command without realizing how it would affect the industry,” he said.
Kankaj Sharma, Secretary General of Cicu, said the order would put big obstacles in their work.
“Because there will be no government for two months to cancel this order, there will be many abuse of the industry,” he said.
The Singh Kular Sheet, President of the Federation of Industrial and Commercial Organizations (FICO), “with Serious dissolution, the level of transportation is controlled, but now the union will impose an arbitrary shipping fee that will affect the industry and pockets of ordinary people.” TNN.
