Srinagar: The authorities on Thursday dug Mohammad Altaf Bhat and Mudasir Gul, two civilians were killed at the Hyderpora meeting, because he handed it to their families, officials said.
The bodies were excavated after sunset and would likely be handed over to their families at night, they said.
