Mumbai: Three additional judges of the Bombay High Court, Judge Madhav Jamdar, Amit Burbar and Shrikant Kulkarni on Monday made HC permanent judges.
Notifications issued by the Ministry of Law Union said the President appointed his third in the order of seniority as HC Judge.
They were appointed as an additional judge in January 2020.
HC has given a sanction of the strength of 94 judges and currently has 60 more than a third vacancy.
At present there are eight other additional judges appointed between March 2020 and October 2021.
The latest appointment of the judge is Judge A L Pansare and more on October 21, 2021.
