New Delhi: The absorption of the booster shots of covid vaccine remains calm amid a surge in omicron infection, even when India provides more than 55 doses of lakh prevention measures’ for health workers and the front lines along with elderly over 60 years for nine days for nine days roll out On January 10, 10 vaccinations among teenagers continued to grow well with more than 50% of those aged between 15-17 years which were covered with the first dose in just about 16 days.

Overall, nearly 159 crore doses were given throughout India until Tuesday.
About 93.6% of adults have received at least the first dose of Covid vaccine, while 70.7% of people over the age of 18 are fully vaccinated.
