Bareilly: a bride arrived at her in-laws in a village here, a few days after being chosen as her head, with a lot of helicopters for the entertainment of the locals.
Sunita Verma, Putri Vice President of BJP from Badun Vedram Lodhi, married Omendra Singh in court in December last year.
However, they tied the knot again according to the Hindu ritual on Saturday.
Verma decided to fight for the election for the village head post from Alampur Kot in the city of Aonla in the district of Bareilly, which is her in-laws.
“For submission of nominations, Verma must be a village voter.

According to the villagers, Verma did not campaigned ahead of the election when he returned to Badaun after submitting a newspaper nomination.
