Capital expenses have become a big boost for the Modi government this year and are expected to maintain that focus, hoping it will produce demand for cement, steel and related products, while also using capacity in the factory and creating jobs.
Among the infrastructure space, the streets have led shopping, with additional funds expected to be allocated in revised estimates, taking allocations for the current year of RS 1.
2 lakh crore to RS1.
